Quick Fish Curry

I just loved the recipe of this fish curry, quickly made.

 

I remade it with my hubby’s recipe

Recipe(for 1 person)
 
Ingredients Used

1 fish fillet
1 big tomato chopped
2 handful of readymade fried onions
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
red chilli powder as per taste
salt as per taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp mustard sauce
1 cup water
turmeric powder
oil
 
How I Prepared It?

Microwave the tomato with some salt and sugar for 5 mins or till water dries.
Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt over fish.
 
Heat oil in a pan, sear the fish and remove it in a plate. In that same oil add ginger-garlic paste, mustard sauce, then add the cooked tomato, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fried onions and saute it all. 
Add the fish fillet, add water and bring to boil turning the fillet twice so that it cooks through.
Just boil it for 5 mins and the fish curry is ready to eat.
