Toasted Mushroom- Bread-and-Tomatoes on the vine With Scrambled Egg

A delicious breakfast recipe .

 

This was prepared for breakfast by me for my husband….and on a Weekday…:)

My Husband suggested I prepare this breakfast for him. We had seen it on the YouTube on “Gordon Ramsay’s Best Scrambled Egg Tutorial”. The Big Mushrooms used in the recipe tempted me to prepare it . I adapted the recipe only for the scrambled eggs .Gave it a twist of spicy taste 🙂 and lol my scrambled eggs don’t look that perfect but well thats how I have seen eggs being cooked around me– always fried in ghee and yumm i love it. 

Taking a break from my work life and living away from my homeland has given me a lot of time..Which means..I have plenty of time with me nowadays in the mornings;)) so just thought of preparing this big breakfast on a Weekday for my Hubby…

Ingredients Used?
Large Flat Mushroom – 1
Egg 1
Chives
Chilli Flakes
Onion
Ghee
Bread
Small Tomatoes along-with its Vine
 
How to Prepare it?
I had one large flat mushroom, just sprinkled some salt on it and kept it on a pan on low flame also added the tomatoes(with its vine) to the pan .And just left it.The mushroom will cook by itself.I cooked it from both sides. I didn’t remove the stem of the mushroom and neither the gills just kept it as it is.
 
In the meantime the scrambled eggs were prepared. Beat an egg add some milk and some salt to it. I chopped some green onions and chives and kept aside. In another pan, some ghee was heated, onions and chives added,briefly sauteed them and then added the beaten eggs. I also added some chilli flakes and scrambled it all.
