It was one Friday evening, and as any other Friday’s , in my home we were in a mood to have something different. Especially some starters that goes well with drinks and something home-made.
With very little time in hand…all I could remember was potatoes.
Many people loathe potatoes (I do not know their reasons). But I love it because – its yummy, it is very convenient vegetable to cut and prepare, there are many dishes and varieties of potato curry/fries/accompaniments that can be made, my husband also loves everything that has potato 🙂 and last but not the least potato is also a healthy food – fresh potato alongwith its skin has antioxidant properties.
In this green basket of potatoes, I had used peeled potatoes along with its skin.

Ingredients Used?
Potatoes
Spices- Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Oregano & Thyme

How I Prepared it?
I prepared it the same way as written in the blog post of “FishNChips-Chips on a Different Note” except, for the half a minute of marination to the potatoes, I just used some more spices or whatever I felt would make them some more spicy to go with the drinks.
It was Chat-pat yummy.
When I served this within no time all of it was devoured… with a big WOW!!!
