Garlic-Yoghurt Dip with Dill Leaves: Another Indian Raita

Prepared this dip(dipping sauce) with yoghurt, garlic and dill leaves. 

Generally the popular dip is garlic mayo dip but, I substituted mayonnaise(since I didn’t have it at home) with yoghurt, and yes yoghurt is always the healthy option…for which most people(including me ;))) sometimes  go for.. 
But well, also great for those who follow the strict vegetarian diet…

Recipe:
 
Ingredients Used?
Yoghurt
Dill Leaves
Garlic
Lemon 
 
How to Prepare?
Take Yoghurt (with its water drained) add some salt, little sugar, squeeze some drops of fresh lemon, some crushed garlic(or garlic paste) and lots of or little(as per your taste) dill leaves.
Whisk them all.. and Serve..
 
This… definitely will go well, also, with Parathas…:)
 
And I had it with Fish N Chips 😉 🙂 
 
 
From this yummy plate, I prepared the Dip, the Salad and the Chips….
Fish for this time had brought it ready made…
