A simple complete meal, I made when I was alone for lunch, just staring at the cut and packed vegetables kept in the refrigerator,thinking what to cook and… so I made this..

Ingredients used?
Broccoli florets(more of it),
Some cauliflower florets,
Baby corn cut slant,
1tbspof diced onions,
1 tbsp of grated cheese,
Eggs
cooked rice.
How I Prepared it?
Heat some oil, add dried oregano and thyme, then some onions, stir and add the corn, broccoli and cauliflower florets with some salt, some dried chilli flakes. Cover and let it cook on a low flame for around 5mins.Then break an egg scramble it and mix along with the vegetables. Add the cheese, then rice and stir for a while .
