Baked Chicken with pear, mango :), walnuts, tomatoes, onion and toasted bread pieces with mustard-honey dressing …. Made the Friday evening Lovely.. A perfect Summer Salad

Chicken Marinade –
ginger-garlic paste
red chilli powder
salt
turmeric
garam masala
oil
Salad Dressing-
Mustard paste
Honey
Vinegar
Red Chilli Powder
Sugar and Salt
How I Prepared it?
Marinate Chicken with the marinade ingredients for 15mins. Meanwhile pre-heat the oven to 180degree.
After the chicken has marinated, bake it in the oven at the same temperature for half an hour.
You can use boneless chicken or chicken with bone. I have used chicken drumsticks for this salad.
For the Mustard-Honey dressing:
Mix 1 tbsp mustard with 1tsp honey add 1tsp sugar, some salt and red chilli powder and vinegar. Mix them well and let it stay for a while.
Meanwhile cut tomatoes roughly,( if you have small round tomatoes just cut them in two pieces), cut the mangoes in cube, pear- peeled and cut into cubes, a small onion finely cut lengthwise.Set aside a handful of walnuts.
Cut the bread slices into the same cube size and toast them in a non-stick pan using butter/clarified butter(ghee). Clarified butter gives it a good aroma and wonderful taste.
