With tea or without? Well that depends 😊. This chaat was made by my hubby. The reason I call it a quick snack coz its reday in a jiffy. My hubby just came back from office and started chopping..I didn’t even understand why he is chopping onions and tomatoes..I just left my thoughts there and got busy with my kid and, in an instant this plate full of Peanut Chaat was ready with that nostalgic “thele walla” aroma…
For making it quick, peanuts used are store bought ( roasted and lightly salted). If you want you can prep your own peanuts at home which I generally do (this recipe is an exception). Just roast them peel off its skin and then again roast it or put it in the oven with some salt/honey/chilli or all together as you want it..

Peanut Chaat – Quick Snack
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanuts roasted and salted
- 1/4 cup chopped yellow onions
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- chopped coriander leaves handful
- red chilly powder optional , depending on your peanuts used
- salt as per taste Himalayan pink salt used
- 1 tsp pepper powder
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients.
- Toss it and Serve
