Aloo-Ka-Paratha…(Indian Bread Stuffed with Potato)

A Perfect Saturday Brunch… I make this dish very frequently on Saturday’s..The Lazy Saturdays 🙂 My Husband’s favourite :))) . Goes well only with Mango pickle and Curd..(definitely other accompaniments can be tried with it).

Recipe:
Ingredients Used?
Whole Wheat Flour
Oil/Ghee
Boiled Potatoes
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric
Cumin Powder
Coriander Powder
Salt

How I Prepared it?

For the stuffing – Mash potatoes and mix with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder and some drops of oil.Keep it aside.
For the Paratha (Bread):
Take Wheat flour, add salt some oil/clarified butter and mix together. Add water and prepare a dough. Let it rest, covered for some time. Make some balls of this . Flatten it with rolling pin. Apply some oil/clarified butter , then stuff the potato mix and seal it making it round again. 

Flatten it again with the rolling pin. Then shallow fry it with oil/clarified butter on a non stick pan.

Its ready to eat.
