Ribbons on Leaf



Its a Fast track pasta very simple to make, tastes good and looks delicious. I made it on a weekday after my office . Cooking it with all the colorful vegetables and eating it 🙂 changed my after office mood …         

These colored capsicums
Chopped zuchini
Chopped Plum

















Recipe

Ingredients Used?
Yellow Zucchini
Red Green n Yellow Capsicum
Lettuce Leaves
Plum
Peas
Ribbon Pasta
Eggs
Ching’s Schezwan Chutney Or any other Schezwan Chutney
Garlic
Onion  
Oil
Butter
Salt & Sugar

How I Prepared it?
Chop red, yellow and green capsicum, some yellow zucchini and set aside.
Chop some plum, in a pan caramelize some sugar, quickly saute the plum with it and set it in freezer.
Prepare some buttered peas and keep aside.
Boil the Ribbon Pasta.
Boil eggs.

In a pan heat little oil,add some chopped garlic, onion, then add the vegetables and add the schezwan sauce, (I have used the Chings Secret Schezwan Chutney) stir-fry add the ribbons. Plate this.

While plating arrange the lettuce leaves, put the ribbon pasta on it, then add the buttered peas, add the plums’, arrange with the boiled eggs….and serve..
