A Stir-fry Dish. I feel its perfect when you are on a Detox Diet.
I happen to make this dish by chance again..
One fine Sunday morning I planned to be on a detox diet 🙂 I started my day with Green Tea, then a big glass of Beetroot juice and… by afternoon my stomach started crying, that’s when I got the idea to prepare this dish.

Ingredients Used?
Bottle-Gourd
Mushrooms
Black Pepper
Chilli Flakes
Dried Oregano
Garlic
How I Prepared it?
To make this steaming dish…
Chop Mushrooms and the Bottle Gourd. Heat some (very little) olive oil in a pan add diced garlic, brown it, add oregano, then add the mushrooms and the bottle gourd with some salt, crushed black pepper and some chilli flakes (if required) stir-fry it all and serve..
