Although, the Masala Maggi is lovely to eat just as per the instructions on its packet, but I took some time to add some different vegetables to it. And I feel it was the Best Maggi I ever made 🙂
I feel a bit strange while writing and sharing that I enjoy eating Maggi .
Because back during the hostel days and even earlier than that I never liked Maggi. But eventually… now I just enjoy having it. It started after marriage, whenever I would see my husband having Maggi with a child like excitement, I just couldn’t resist the temptation of eating it and now its my favorite tea time snack.
Even if I call it a Tea-time snack…People (also in my home) have it as a meal. And that’s what I have done.
Some of you might have a question with, What is Maggi?
Its the instant noodles with a delicious tastemaker. ‘Masala’ is one of the flavour’s in it and it’s the one which I have used here.
Check out the recipe.
