The Bulls Eye on Mushroom


 

Just when I finished preparing the toasted mushroom and scrambled egg for my husband..a different idea came to my mind, on seeing the lovely big flat mushroom..So I prepared this…

I made the Bulls Eye on Mushroom ..the mushroom has been toasted as well…

 

 

 
 

 

 
Recipe:
 
Ingredients Used?
Large Flat Mushroom – 1
Egg -1
Chilli Flakes
Salt & Oil
 
How to Prepare it?
 
I need not write much on how it was prepared..The pictures explain it all…
 
 
I only removed the stem of the mushroom and kept its gill as it is. Seasoned the mushroom with some salt..then broke an egg in it and toasted it in a pan. Added some salt and some chilli flakes, some chives over the egg, covered and cooked it.
 
The mushroom cooks by itself and the egg will cook from the water of the mushroom..
 
With the stem of the mushroom: I just made small pieces of it and kept it in the same pan for toasting and using it for garnishing at the end.
 
 
This is healthy and one beautiful piece of breakfast..
and I had my plate full- with some smoked pork sausages, bread toasts and with the lovely tomatoes.:)

  1. really lovely dishes all around…i had no idea u were such a great cook!! 🙂 hope u can pass on some of ur cooking skills to priyanka as well, as i think it might a tad difficult for us to come to uk to sample these yummy dishes everytime!! 🙂
