Spinach Mango Raita/Dip

Summer season and mangoes not on my plate, thats just not an option. So I made aamras , ate them as it is …:):) and sharing this lovely recipe of mango dip prepared.

A very simple preparation and, being an Indian raita I had to finish it with tadka.

Ingredients Used?
 
Serves 1 person
1 Mango cut into cubes
Handfull of baby spinach chopped
2-4 Tbsp of yoghurt
1 tsp of maple syrup
Red chilly powder
Salt
 
For the Tadka:
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds
Asafoetida
Curry Leaves
 
How I Prepared It?
 
In a bowl add the mango pieces, spinach, yoghurt, salt as per taste. Mix it. Then sprinkle red chilly powder on it. Do not mix, keep this dip aside.
 
In a tadka pan, heat oil. When sufficiently hot immediately add all the ingredients of tadka. 
Then turn off the heat and pour this over the dip. Mix and Have:)
Roll it up in a burrito, serve it as a side or have it with just a plain chapati… mangoes are super yumm enjoy:)
