Always simple and one can never go wrong cooking it.
Watching all the TV shows(food shows) showing Brussels Sprouts back in India, I always wanted to cook something of it… And, when the first time I saw these mini cabbages in the market (here in UK), my first happy reaction made me purchase it.. But, bringing it back home I was wondering how to cook it. I googled about it and took many ideas… But the one that suited my lazy mood was to simply stir fry them.
I found its a good and a healthy starter which goes well with drinks…I liked its taste and its nutty flavour…

Brussels Sprouts
Salt
Oil
How I Prepared It?
Cut the Brussels Sprout in half. Heat little oil in a pan. Add the chopped Brussels sprouts . Season with salt. Saute them till they get a little bit of toasted colour.
Enjoy the Brussels sprouts. Have it while it’s warm.
